Indian Wells, California
Indian Wells is located in Riverside County, California. It is one of the communities making up the Coachella Valley. It is situated in the desert bordered on the east by La Quinta, and on the west by Rancho Mirage. The population as of the 2010 census was 4,958. As early as 1853, the area now known as Indian Wells was the site of a historically important Indian village. Later gold was discovered on the Colorado River; William D. Bradshaw built a trail from Los Angeles through the desert to the gold mines. The Alexander and Company Stage Line used the trail to transport prospectors and Indian Wells became an important stop along the trail. In 1876 the Southern Pacific Railroad completed tracks through the area and for a while the stage line faltered, and the line was abandoned, but in 1876 was reactivated by the Wells Fargo Company.

Indian Well is also the home of the Law office of Geoffrey M Yaryan. We have served this community and the surrounding area for 15 years. I personally have been defending people accused of crimes like driving under the influence, as well as major felonies for over thirty years. I have represented literally thousands of people accused of drunk driving. There is virtually no situation involving driving and drinking that I have not had to deal with in representing my clients over the years. Experience is all important in most areas of life but particularly important in choosing an attorney. Also important is skill, and knowledge of both the law, and the adversaries one must deal with in court. I know all of the prosecutors and judges in the Indio court, if that is where your case is set. I can assure you I have a good working relationship with each, and they understand and respect my dedication to defending my clients, protecting their rights, and that I will not yield on either of those points.
These traits apply equally to the felony cases that I handle which often involve serious charges like drug charges involving possession, transportation, and sales of controlled substances; domestic violence, which are accusations of assaults committed between spouses and significant others; allegations of sexual crimes; and crimes involving weapons and violence. My experience includes defending virtually every type of criminal offense a person is likely to encounter, and my results are second to none.
